Complete evaluation of 25 controls across 5 domains: AI Inventory, Data Governance, Output Validation, Vendor Oversight, and Executive Monitoring. You'll receive a detailed CEO report and, where applicable, a public registration/status page.
How long does the assessment process take?
Standard Governance Assessments typically take 10–15 business days from document submission to assessment determination. Enterprise Governance Assessments typically take 5 business days.
What if the assessment identifies gaps?
You'll receive a comprehensive CEO report with specific recommendations for improvement. Re-assessment is available at a 50% discount after a 90-day improvement period.
How does the Annual Governance Status Review work?
Each year, you'll upload updated evidence documents through your portal. We conduct a remote review and 30-minute interview. Cost is $2,000/year starting in Year 2. If not renewed, the public registry status will reflect that.
Can we upgrade from Startup to Enterprise later?
